1. Who we are

Leeper Digital is a growth marketing agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. We work with hearing and Deaf-owned businesses. ASL-first is available. These terms cover leeperdigital.com and customer-care text messages to and from (385) 380-3383 ([email protected]).

2. The website

The site describes our services (SEO, social, email, web) and packages (Innovate, Accelerate, Dominate). Content is for information. It is not a contract for work until we agree in writing. We may update pages without notice.

3. SMS program (customer care)

Program name: Leeper Digital customer care. Use: two-way support about inquiries, scheduling, and next steps. We do not send promotional blasts or marketing texts to people who have not texted us first or opted in on this site.

How you opt in: text (385) 380-3383 from the contact page (leeperdigital.com/contact/) or the same CTA on the homepage. Starting that text is consent to this program. You may also text that published number after seeing it on our Google Business Profile listing.

Frequency: up to 8 messages per conversation. Rates: message and data rates may apply. Help: reply HELP. Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE). Opt-out is processed immediately; we will not text that number again unless you text us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy for this program: leeperdigital.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Text, email or video call, whichever's easiest. This program is not Bryan in a live meeting; replies may come from the business number during business hours. The pinned chat widget on the site is a separate Grok assistant; it is not this SMS program and is not an SMS opt-in.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the text line for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We may stop a conversation that violates these terms.

5. Limitation

The site and SMS program are provided as-is. We are not liable for carrier delays, device issues, or damages beyond what Utah law requires.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or the SMS program after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
